Evolve Talent is currently recruiting multiple A-Grade Electricians to join our growing team, with a strong focus on residential, commercial and modular building / granny flats installations. We’re currently seeking licensed electricians who can start immediately and are ready to be part of projects from groundworks to final fit-off.

About the Role

You will be working across residential and commercial sites, responsible for full-scope electrical installations including:

• Rough-in and fit-off in new homes and modular units
• Installation of lighting, power points, switchboards, and data systems
• Testing and commissioning of residential circuits
• Working closely with builders, site supervisors, and other trades
• Maintaining compliance with electrical safety and building regulations

Projects include standard residential builds, modular and prefab dwellings, and small-to-medium density housing developments.

Plenty of overtime is available (10-hour days and Saturdays), and the work is ongoing for reliable and motivated electricians.

What you need to have:

• Electrical installation experience in the commercial and industrial sectors
• Attention to detail
• Strong work attitude
• Hardworking, reliable, and committed – Temp to perm contracts
• Own transport

Duties

• Experience with power and lighting circuits
• Roughing in electrical circuits
• Terminations and fitting off
• Installing tray, conduit, and ladder rack
• Rough in/ fit out
• Mounting switchboard/ terminating
• Containment
• Pulling cable/ tray work

Skills & Experience

• Can work autonomously and within a team
• Ability to read and interpret electrical plans
• White card - Essential
• WA electrical licensed - Essential
• EWP - Essential
• Working at heights – Essential
• Open cabler- Advantages
• Basic and power tools - Essential
• Installation electrical background
• NPC- within the last year
